We are extremely proud of the learning culture within our organisation, which has been nurtured and fostered through our LEAD – Learning, Experience and Development Academy. LEAD develops training programs customised to meet client-specific requirements by utilising a combination of training methods, such as online, face-to-face and on-the-job to develop our personnel.

As the world changed with the Covid -19 pandemic in 2020, our Learning, Experience and Development Academy evolved our methodology in the delivery of training to our staff. We invested in a state-of-the-art e-Learning Management System, which allowed the production of Live and On- Demand Online Training modules and assessments. This powerful tool enables Constant to develop customised, interactive courses that work on any device and compliments traditional face-to-face training methods. The e-learning platform provides continuous access, ensuring our officers are always up to date with our client’s operating procedures and expectations.
